Great food, excellent service — but no water on the menu? Visited Burger Lab recently and was genuinely impressed! The burgers were juicy and flavorful, the fries perfectly crispy, and the overall vibe of the place was energetic and clean. Staff was courteous and quick — definitely a pleasant dining experience. However, one small but important issue: there was no water available on the menu — not even bottled water. It’s a basic necessity and should be part of every restaurant's offering. Had to request it separately, which felt a bit off for an otherwise well-run place. Overall, highly recommend the food — just hoping they add water as a regular menu item soon!

After posting the review, the manager of the branch personally called me, apologized, and explained the situation very humbly. I understand my review might hurt specific branch reputation. I really appreciated his professionalism and concern, and based on his response alone updating the review. However, I still believe Burger lab needs to seriously improve its website accuracy and call center communication. The branch staff may be great, but the system behind them is creating confusion and frustration for customers. Original: I’ve been a regular customer of Burger Lab in Karachi through Foodpanda and never had any issues there, great service and timely deliveries. But after moving to Islamabad, my experience has been completely different and honestly quite frustrating. I placed an order directly through their official website, where my area was clearly listed. I selected a nearby branch in my city, the order was accepted, and I received a confirmation email and receipt. To be sure, I called their call center. The first agent told me my area wasn’t supported, but after checking my order, he confirmed it would be delivered on time. Around 30 minutes later, I called again — a different agent now told me the branch was closed, and that my area is actually out of reach. I was left wondering: Why does the website accept orders from this area? Why show my location as serviceable if it’s not? Why did a customer service agent earlier confirm delivery if it wasn’t possible? The inconsistency and poor communication are really disappointing. Burger lab needs to fix their website and improve their customer support in Islamabad. This kind of experience drives loyal customers away.
